Procore integration

What it is

VisionHub integrates into Procore as an app. From any Procore project where it is configured, your team sees the live stream and latest photo of the site cameras without leaving Procore: full screen from the apps menu and, optionally, in the side panel of some tools.

Generate the code in VisionHub

1. Open Project settings, find the Integrations card and open the Procore tab.
2. Pick the cameras you want to show; you can select one or several.
3. Choose the content mode:
   • Live and latest photo: shows the live video and the latest photo of each camera.
   • Latest photo only: shows only the latest photo, which updates itself.
4. Generate the code and copy it with the copy button.

Procore only needs the code: the last part of the link, everything after /embed/.

Set up the app in Procore

These steps are done by a company admin in Procore.

1. In Procore, open the Company Tools menu and, under Core Tools, go to App Management.
2. Click Install App and install VisionHub: with Install App from Marketplace (Procore Marketplace), or with Install Custom App and the App Version ID provided by VisionHub support.
3. Open the VisionHub app, go to the Configurations tab, open Create Configuration and choose Fullscreen.
4. In Projects, choose the projects it applies to, or tick Global Projects Config for all active and future projects.
5. In Title, enter the name your team will see in the apps menu, for example “Site cameras”.
6. Paste the code into VisionHub camera code and click Create.
7. Inside the project, open the Select an App menu (top right) and choose the name you entered as Title.

The live stream and latest photo of the selected cameras show full screen inside Procore.

Side panel (optional)

The cameras can also appear in the right-hand side panel of Daily Log, Incidents, Observations and Project Home, next to the daily work.

1. In Configurations, open Create Configuration and choose Sidepanel.
2. Fill in the same fields with the same code. The Title must be different from the full-screen configuration’s, for example “Cameras (panel)”.
3. In any of those tools, click the VisionHub icon in the right-hand bar to open the panel.

Good to know

• Each configuration shows one set of cameras. To show different cameras in different projects, create several configurations.
• To change the cameras, generate a new code in VisionHub and edit the configuration in Procore.
• Each configuration needs a different title.
• When you update the VisionHub app to a new version in Procore, check the Configurations tab: the update can remove existing configurations.

Who can see the cameras

The code gives view-only access to those cameras, and anyone who has it can view them. Treat it like a share link.
