Account creation

The project owner’s account is created manually by Visionhub.

Once the owner user is linked to the project, they can add unlimited users to their projects from the Project settings panel.

From Project settings, you can add new users—whether they’re already registered or by inviting them to join. image

After adding the email of the invitee, a window will appear where you can choose the permissions you want to assign. Learn more:

Invited users will receive an email to create their account, and the invited project will appear automatically.

Remove a user from the project

In Project settings, click a user’s role selector and choose Remove to revoke their access.

You’ll be asked to confirm before permanently removing the user.

If you removed someone by mistake, you can invite them again and reassign their roles.

Account deletion and associated data

To delete your account, contact [email protected] from the same email you want to deactivate. We’ll verify and reassign projects if needed.

For partial data removal, edit values in your Visionhub User Profile or exercise your rights by contacting us at [email protected].
